Thank you for visiting our about us web page. Gemstone Finder was created five years ago, and started out as a strictly internet based company. The company and inventory were managed in a closed shop, not open to the general public. We have since grown to accommodate not just internet based clients, but we now cater to walk in clientele as well, as we have recently opened a new store front in downtown Miami Florida. We even have an ever growing mail order client base, that shop through our quarterly catalogues. Our client base for the time being is solely based in the United States, as exporting gemstones in large quantities overseas can sometimes be difficult. We will however be expanding our services to include European Union countries, hopefully this will happen within the next year or two. If you are visiting our website from outside of the United States, please be aware that we are working diligently to expand our service reach as soon as possible.
Our inventory is continuously growing to include all sorts of incredible new gemstone specimens. We have recently partnered with several South American and African mining companies, and have been getting some amazingly high quality rough form gemstones this year. We are now brandishing an inventory of over one million individual gemstone specimens. We have an enormous assortment of traditional stones, such as amethyst, jasper, chalcedony, onyx, citrine, malachite, aquamarine, topaz, sapphires, rubies, diamonds, emeralds, opal, tigers eye, lapis lazuli, paua shell, mother of pearl, rose quartz, peridot, agate, fluorite, turquoise, chrysoprase, garnet, iolite, and many others. We also carry specialty gemstones such as picasso marble, aventurine, variscite, rhodonite, alunite, rhodochrosite, chrysocolla, richtorite, chinese writing stone, rosetta picture stone, phosphosiderite, sugilite, black jade, and too many more to list here. Aside from gemstones, we also stock various fossils, meteorites, petrified woods, ivory, amber inclusions, and all sort of other rarities. All of our gemstones are completely backed by a full guarantee. The guarantee covers cracks, impurities, or any other flaws that may have been over looked during our initial quality assessment. So you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a prompt cash refund or in store credit, the choice is yours. Our refund and guarantee policy do not however cover any damage done to the stone as a result of customer damage. In the case you have caused damaged to a stone, bring it on in, and we will see if there is a possibilty to repair the specimen. This repair service also extends to gemstones not purchased through our company.
If you are a returning guest, you will notice that we have recently upgraded our website template, and subsequently removed all ecommerce options during the process. These changes may last for a couple of months, as we are upgrading our ecommerce system to accommodate for a larger volume of inventory and sales.
